Our search for a Structural Engineering Dept Manager for a locally owned engineering consulting firm. Successful candidate could have a big impact on this firm. This person will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Engineering and Tech Teams while ensuring projects stay on a timeline, coordinate directly with clients and company leadership and mentor engineering staff.
