DESCRIPTION:
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Initiate, develop and grow commercial and residential painting relationships.
- Generate RFP’s (Request for Proposals)
- Research and identify key targets.
- Drive business in current and new markets
- Follow up with existing clients as assigned.
- Attend relevant trade shows.
- Set up Coffee, lunch, happy hours, dinners with current and potential customers.
- Willing to work after hours.
MARKETING:
- Participate in company sponsored events.
- Help run all aspects of social media for the company.
- Help create content for social media.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Prepares weekly analysis of results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with supervisor.
- Track all leads, RPF’s, and customers in the CRM
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Cold call on potential clients.
- Research and build target list of potential clients.
- Help run door knocking and canvassing programs.
- Take potential clients out to Coffee, lunch, happy hours, dinners.
