The Medical Malpractice Attorney take on significant responsibility in all phases of litigation from inception through trial, mediation, or other resolution, while being mentored by the best of the best.
Targeting candidates with at least 3 years of relevant litigation experience, including but not limited to depositions, motions, discovery, case workup and trial prep. Must be comfortable working with complex medical records and information. JD and bar admission required. EOE
