Legal Support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- At least one year of legal experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Education and/or work experience equivalent to an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with a CRM, particularly data tracking and reporting, is highly preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy of work with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be motivated, work professionally and confidentially
