Seeking a business-minded In House Counsel to join one of Kansas City's most coveted companies. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role provides exceptional opportunity for growth, mentoring, and long term advancement and to work closely with executives and other business stakeholders. The In House Counsel will advise and support the business in sophisticated, wide-ranging legal and regulatory matters including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and agreements, and corporate governance.
