Customer Service Rep
We have an immediate opening in our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will be a team player that exhibit a high degree of organizational and creative problem-solving skills with customer service and manufacturing industry experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter orders for key accounts
  • Provide support to key accounts
  • Provide sales representative support
  • Take customer service-related phone calls and return messages/emails to customers and sales reps promptly
  • Initiate call tags for returned merchandise and begin process for customer credit
  • Expedite special event requests
  • Coordinate art requests with our in-house art department
  • Interact with artists and production personnel to resolve any design, quality, and delivery issues
Requirements:
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Good organizational skills with ability to effectively multi-task
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
We are looking for candidates who possess good computer, communication, inter-personal, and decision-making skills, along with excellent organizational skills.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a self-starter. You will work closely with customers, fellow employees and our independent sales representatives. 
Experience  with Microsoft Dynamics AX, or other order entry system a plus.
