Customer Service Rep
We have an immediate opening in our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will be a team player that exhibit a high degree of organizational and creative problem-solving skills with customer service and manufacturing industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders for key accounts
- Provide support to key accounts
- Provide sales representative support
- Take customer service-related phone calls and return messages/emails to customers and sales reps promptly
- Initiate call tags for returned merchandise and begin process for customer credit
- Expedite special event requests
- Coordinate art requests with our in-house art department
- Interact with artists and production personnel to resolve any design, quality, and delivery issues
Requirements:
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good organizational skills with ability to effectively multi-task
- Proven attention to detail
- Good communication skills
We are looking for candidates who possess good computer, communication, inter-personal, and decision-making skills, along with excellent organizational skills.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a self-starter. You will work closely with customers, fellow employees and our independent sales representatives.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, or other order entry system a plus.
