DESCRIPTION:
The Spencer Reed Group is assisting a financially stable manufacturing organization in their search for a Controller!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handling / completing the periodic closing process
- Preparing monthly financial statements
- Budgeting / forecasting
- Ad hoc reporting
- Performing inventory analysis, costing, and reviewing variances
- Management reporting
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelors degree, Accounting or Finance
- At least 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably glass, rubber, steel, chemical, plastics, or rubber industries
- Excellent communication skills
- Awesome Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to adapt to the "ebbs and flows" of hours involved
